The top performance in Round 3 of foil competition was that of Bethel Park sophomore Brandon Rauch, who finished the match and the season with a 2-0 record and a +7 indicator rating and helped his team finish the season undefeated.

The outstanding Round 3 performance in the girls' match was that of Upper St. Clair sophomore Becca Dreyer, who finished the match at 3-0 with an indicator rating of +11 and led her team to its first victory of the season.
